Source # 29: map of The Roman Empire
By looking at the map of the Roman Empire it is clear the Caesar was all about wanting more power. He is one of those rules that cannot get enough of it and thrives for the chances to gain more than he already has. It is obvious that Caesar had gone into other places and done battle to get that area. He was power hungry and wanted all of it that he could get. He was not at all afraid to sacrifice his men for the sake of gaining more ground. It is also quite obvious from the map that he wanted to build the Roman Empire into an area full of roads and ways to get around that were nicer than anywhere else. The Roman Empire then is much larger than it ever was and that could most likely be related to the fact that Caesar was one of the most aggressive power hungry people out there. He had the people on his side and that was all that he needed to think that he could do anything. Roads were more abundant in this Roman Empire than they were in any area all around it. Caesar was the first to do many things like roads. He would not only change all of Roman but he would affect basically all of the world with his intense strategy to take over as much land as he could.
